Tampa Bay Fashion Week 2011 is almost here and that means it’s almost time for the Model Behavior Cocktail Reception. On Wednesday, September 21,  from 6-9pm we will be celebrating Tampa Bay Fashion Week’s signature mixer event at Element Luxury Hi-Rise Apartments on 808 N.
