After you party at Business Buddies‘ Havana Nights, make your way across town and party with St. Pete fashionista and fellow lady-with-style, Amy Miller! Amy will host “Stop Traffick – Amy Miller’s Freedom Party” – her b-day bash for a good cause on Sat., July 18th from 9pm-2am.
The event will be held at NOVA 535 and the $20 ticket charge will get you in for a night of entertainment and giving back! This event will benefit efforts for the prevention of human trafficking with the organization, S.T.O.P (Stop Trafficking of People). The event will feature live music with 3 different bands playing throughout the night. There will be performances by Nate Najar Band, Laurel Canyon and DJ JASK.
“According to the US State Department, more than a million human beings are trafficked each year, mainly women and children of both sexes.” S.T.O.P works to end this problem by identifying locations where this problem is prevalent and then sharing the information with local authorities, as well as providing aid to victims of human trafficking through medical, educational, and social measures.
